| Note | Henry recommended for drywall, painting, general work. Says he works fairly cheaply and is reliable. Is a drywall/painter by trade interested in side work.
We had him work on drywall patches in back of house and laundry room 3/2006. He did a decent job, but is not good enough to tape/float the entire area of new drywall. Not sure of his painting skills. Painting is his main area, so he should be good. He charged $16/hr at first, then said he would have to charge $18/hr.
Update: Henry had him start painting. He did not appear to do a very good job--did not remove cabinet hardware first, painted right over trim that badly needed sanding, scraped texture off drywall when painting walls/ceiling corners with roller. Not impressed. |
