Have never used him, but this was on the Allandale mail list (from Jimmy McArthur / tipit.net <jimmy@tipit.net>):

Curteous Curtis - he was the head grounds keeper for AISD for 25 years. Great guy and very easonably priced. He does my Brentwood sized yard for $30 including edging, mowing and leaf blowing. Highly recommended. Nice fella too.

Oh - one word of advice, be specific about how tall you want to leave your grass. As part of his courteousness he likes to cut it short so you don't have to pay for him to come back as often. We like to keep ours taller....
